Why at all

This page exists so you can check the formula without trusting a slogan. Below is the nutrient-by-nutrient breakdown of NutriMen: what's included, roughly what each nutrient does in the body, and why it earns a place in a complete vitamin formula for men.

Amounts appear on the product label and in the specification sheet available on request at [email protected].

The core B-complex

B vitamins are the ones men rarely think about and most often miss. B12 matters because it sits almost entirely in animal foods, so a diet light on meat, fish and eggs tends to run short. B6, thiamine, riboflavin and niacin each play a role in converting food into usable energy. Folate supports cell division. In a daily vitamin and mineral blend for men, they belong together, because they work alongside each other rather than in isolation.

Vitamin D behaves more like a hormone than a vitamin, and it depends on sunlight for synthesis. In Indonesia that sounds like a non-issue, except that office schedules, long commutes, and the rainy season push plenty of men indoors during daylight hours. Vitamin D3 supports normal calcium absorption and bone maintenance. Choosing D3, the same form skin produces, rather than D2 is a small decision with real consequences for how well the nutrient is used.

  • B12 · cobalamin Mostly animal foods — the one men on a plant-heavy week tend to run short on. Nerve & red cell support
  • B6 · pyridoxine Works alongside the other B vitamins in turning food into usable energy. Energy metabolism
  • Thiamine · riboflavin · niacin Three quiet workhorses included at meaningful levels, not token amounts. Everyday energy
  • Folate Sits alongside B12 in supporting normal cell division. Cell division

Why there's no CoQ10, lutein, or probiotics

We kept NutriMen to vitamins and minerals, dosed to be meaningful, rather than stacking attention-grabbing names at token levels.

No proprietary blends

A proprietary blend is where a label hides individual amounts behind one grand total. Every nutrient here is listed on its own line with its own number.

No sugar, colors, stimulants

Nothing added to make a capsule look appealing. The vegetarian capsule shell is the only carrier in the product.

Excipient list on request

If you have an allergy or sensitivity, ask us before ordering and we'll give you the full list, anti-caking agents included.

Vitamin C and the antioxidants

Vitamin C supports normal immune function and collagen formation, and like all water-soluble vitamins it doesn't store well in the body, which is why daily intake rather than occasional loading makes sense. Vitamin E contributes antioxidant function. These are the entries that show up in nearly every men's multivitamin, including the mainstream supermarket brands, and for good reason: they're cheap to include and broadly useful when the diet doesn't cover them.

Zinc

Zinc belongs in any list of essential minerals for men. It supports immune function, wound healing, and normal testosterone levels within the healthy range. The catch is the form: zinc oxide absorbs poorly, while zinc picolinate and zinc citrate do measurably better. We specify the form on our label because that's where most cheap formulas quietly cut corners, and a nutrient you can't absorb might as well not be there.

Magnesium and calcium

Magnesium participates in hundreds of enzyme reactions, including muscle function and energy metabolism, and surveys consistently find intake below recommended levels in many diets. Calcium supports bone structure, and pairing it with vitamin D3 is the whole point of having both in one formula. These two minerals are also why timing advice matters: they sit better with food than on an empty stomach.

Selenium and the trace minerals

Selenium supports antioxidant defense and thyroid function, and the daily requirement is small, measured in micrograms. Iodine, copper and manganese round out the trace entries.

Why the dose, not the list

Trace minerals are where a thin formula reveals itself. They're inexpensive per dose, but you have to remember to include them.

A question of suspicion

Their presence doesn't make a product special. Their absence should make you suspicious.

How to read any label, ours or theirs

Compare three things across products: the nutrient amount, the nutrient form, and the serving size. A "one-a-day" claim means nothing if the one serving covers a third of what another product does. Percentage daily value figures help with vitamins and get awkward with minerals. If a label disagrees with itself between the front panel and the supplement facts, trust the facts panel every time.

Amount

Total per serving, not per capsule. Two capsules with half each is a different claim than one capsule with the full dose.

Form

Zinc oxide and zinc picolinate are not the same nutrient in practice. The form decides how much your body can actually use.

Serving size

Check how many capsules the label expects per day, and what the nutrient figures are tied to. Serving size is where the deception usually lives.

Getting the ingredient list

Full amounts per serving, nutrient forms and excipients are available by email at the NutriMen contact page, or by phone at +62 31 534 6513. The office is at Jl. Basuki Rahmat No. 12, Embong Kaliasin, Genteng, Surabaya, 60271. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Tell us what you're comparing and we'll send the sheet that matches: a straight ingredient list, the specification breakdown, or a note on how it fits a daily nutrition for men routine.

Questions we get about the formula

Why is the amount not listed on this page?
Because exact per-serving amounts belong on a controlled label, and the specification sheet carries them all in one place. We'd rather send you the real numbers than round them for a webpage. Email [email protected] and we'll reply with the full sheet.
Can I take this alongside other men's daily vitamins?
Stacking two products means stacking the same vitamins and minerals, and some of them have an upper limit. Tell us what you're already taking and we'll point out the overlaps before you order.
Do you have a formula for men with specific dietary needs?
NutriMen is one formula for daily nutritional support, and it is not a treatment plan. If you take prescribed medication, or your doctor has told you to watch a specific nutrient, share that with us and check it with your doctor before starting. We'll give you the ingredient details they need to review.
What's the quickest way to compare NutriMen against another label?
Put the two supplement facts panels side by side and line up the nutrient form before the amount. Two products can list the same mineral at the same milligram figure while using forms that absorb very differently. That's the comparison that matters most.

Read the sheet, then decide.

If you want the amounts before you commit to anything, ask for them. If you want to understand how a daily vitamin complex for men fits an actual weekday, the routine guide is the next stop.
